DENVER (KDVR) — This is a big year for the Nexstar Media Group. It is the 27th anniversary of the company's founding on June 16. A United Airlines plane clipped another plane Friday in an incident in an airline parking area within Logan International Airport, a Massport spokesperson said. No one was injured, according to the spokesperson. The incident happened around 7 p.m. when the spokesperson said a United plane traveling “at a low speed” made contact with a parked Delta Air Lines plane. In a separate statement, United said the winglet of the United plane “clipped the tail of another aircraft.” United said 128 customers and six crew members were on board. United said customers were able to deplane normally at a gate, adding that customers would be rebooked onto other flights. The FAA said Friday’s incident happened while the United plane was “taxiing to a holding pad” at Logan. A search continued Friday night for a man from Lynn who authorities said disappeared over the weekend. State police said Dickson “Joel” De Los Reyes, 24, entered a Lyft in front of a Chelsea home on Shurtleff Street at 3:42 a.m. Sunday morning. Officials said the ride was then terminated at 3:56 a.m. State police said De Los Reyes’ phone number later called 911 after the ride was terminated. After dialing 911, the call was disconnected. State police said Revere police attempted to call back but were unsuccessful. Days later, a state police dive team was actively searching the Rumney Marsh Reservation Friday afternoon in Revere. SAN DIEGO — San Diego police were in a standoff Friday with a suspect who barricaded himself inside a Hillcrest donut shop.The suspect barricaded himself inside Donut Star, located at 601 W Washington Street, around 1:30 p.m., according to police.After several hours, the suspect surrendered to authorities without incident, police said. A Toronto woman is facing charges related to hoax terrorist activity after allegedly leaving a package police deemed suspicious inside a building in the Harbourfront.Investigators were called to the Bay Street and Harbour Street area on February 27, 2023, for reports of a suspicious package.It was reported to the police that a woman entered an office building and placed a package on the side of the escalator on the ledge. She then exited the building.At the time of the incident, police issued a description of the woman in a news release.On Tuesday, June 13, around 10:30 a.m., authorities said GO Transit Special Constables recognized the woman and alerted the police.The accused was identified as 56-year-old Lucita Bordeos of Toronto.
